Return and Refund Policy

At Mouse Pad Haus, we want you to love your custom mouse pad. If it isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy to make things easier.

30-Day Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • You must contact us at support@mousepadhaus.com before shipping anything back
  • Include your order number in all correspondence

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@mousepadhaus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address. All returns are processed by mail.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and for purchasing their own return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 3 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. All refunds are issued in U.S. dollars (USD).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mousepadhaus.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you — you won't be charged return shipping in these cases. We will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different design or size, please return your original item for a refund (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Because our mouse pads are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@mousepadhaus.com. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered production and cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
