Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mouse Pad Haus! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.
Order Processing Time
Since every mouse pad is custom-made just for you, please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship all orders via USPS. At checkout, you can choose from:
- USPS Ground Advantage — 2–5 business days in transit (total estimated delivery: 3–8 business days from order)
- USPS Priority Mail — 1–3 business days in transit (total estimated delivery: 2–6 business days from order)
Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $50
- Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@mousepadhaus.com.
Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
We ship to both standard addresses and P.O. Boxes. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Mouse Pad Haus is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Order Modifications
Because our mouse pads are custom-made, we cannot accommodate order changes once production has begun. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@mousepadhaus.com. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered production and cannot be canceled or modified.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are in the hands of USPS. Mouse Pad Haus is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@mousepadhaus.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mousepadhaus.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
