- Made to Order: Every pad is custom printed after you place your order. Please allow 3 business days for production before your order ships.
- Free Shipping: All orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 have shipping calculated at checkout.
- Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS. Choose from USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2-day delivery) at checkout.
- Order Modifications: Because production begins quickly, changes can only be made within 1 business day of purchase. After that, we are unable to modify your order.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
- All Sales Final: Since every pad is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
